In latest news from Uttarakhand, the accused of indulging in unnatural sex with a calf at Chilkiya village under Ramnagar police station limits in Nainital district has been arrested. The arrest followed a complaint lodged by a Chilkiya villager, alleging that the accused had assaulted their calf in a field. Police said that the accused has been identified as Wasim (25), resident of Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, adding that he had been arrested under relevant sections of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and produced at court.
