The chairman and managing director of THDC India Limited (THDCIL) Rajeev Vishnoi has been conferred with CEO with HR Orientation award by World HRD Congress at a function organised in Mumbai.
The award is an acknowledgement of commendable HR initiatives taken by Vishnoi in the field of human resource management. Vishnoi is also discharging the additional responsibility of director(Personnel) in THDCIL. He is known for vibrant and dynamic leadership style with greater sensitivity towards stakeholder’s requirements. THDCIL has been taking several innovative HR initiatives under his leadership.
