The State government has cancelled the events to be held in all 70 assembly constituencies on March 18 to mark completion of the state government’s four years in office.
In an office memo issued by chief secretary Om Prakash, it has been stated that the events slated to be held in all the assembly constituencies have been cancelled due to unavoidable reasons. The decision comes a few days after Tirath Singh Rawat assumed charge as the new chief minister of Uttarakhand.
