The SIIDCUL Entrepreneurs Welfare Society (SEWS) organised an industrial safety awareness camp to mark the 51st national safety week. Those attending the event stressed on the need for an industrial safety awareness campaign. The SEWS head Ashutosh Sharma addressed the gathering on the occasion while eliciting focus on the importance of industrial safety. The society hopes that this camp would prove to be a useful step towards further strengthening the industrial safety system and preventing industrial accidents, he said. The gathering was also addressed by subject experts and representatives of industrial enterprises. Safety officers and representatives of the human resource department of various companies were also among those present on the occasion.
