Rudrabhishek performed in Kedarnath for Operation Sindoor and armed forces

Special prayers held in Badrinath and Kedarnath as soldiers tackle foes

A special Rudrabhishek was performed at Kedarnath Dham on Friday by the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC) considering Operation Sindoor and in honour of the Indian armed forces.
Various representatives from BKTC, the Police department and the Kedar Sabha participated in the ceremonial worship. The BKTC chairman Hemant Dwivedi in his message described Operation Sindoor as a symbol of bravery and stated that special prayers were conducted in Badrinath on Thursday and Kedarnath on Friday for the security and well-being of the nation. He further said that the Kedarnath Yatra is progressing smoothly and without hindrance.
The BKTC chief executive officer Vijay Prasad Thapliyal also prayed for the safety and success of the brave soldiers of India. Thapliyal also interacted with pilgrims and took feedback regarding their journey, affirming that the Yatra is proceeding safely and efficiently.
