Research institution to come up in Rishikul, announces CM

Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami announced that the Madan Mohan Malaviya State research institution will be established at Rishikul Ayurvedic College. Speaking at the programme organised by Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Uttarakhand at the college auditorium on Sunday, the CM said that a large centre should be established in a big institution like Rishikul. The centre should focus on tourism, spiritualism, education, Ayurveda and Jyotish. He announced that the State research institution to be established here will focus on the study of Yoga, meditation, spiritualism and other fields. This will also help in boosting spiritual tourism, he said.
On completion of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh’s 70 years, Dhami said that it is working in the interests of labourers. It has given a new ideology to the labourers, students and youths of the nation, he said. The CM further said that the State government is executing various schemes in the interests of labourers and also ensuring that the last eligible beneficiary is accessing the benefits of these schemes. Stating that crores of workers had registered on the labour portal, he said that the State government is providing ESI, EFO and insurance facility to labourers. The CM further said that all round development is being ensured across the nation under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said, “A labourer doesn’t simply pursue labour but builds the path to nation building. The youths will be playing a special role in fulfilling the vision of making India a developed nation by 2047. India is the youngest nation with 65 per cent of its population aged below 35 years. The nation can soon become a superpower if this energy is used properly in the correct direction. PM Modi has for the first time made a separate department for Skill India. This campaign is playing an important role in linking the youths to employment while also making them self reliant,” Dhami said.
The CM said hatunder PM Modi’s guidance, the State government has also imbibed the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas aur Sabka Prayas’ while working dedicatedly for the welfare of labourers. The State government is executing housing scheme, social security card and health insurance scheme, among others, for the welfare of labourers.The CM further said that the State government is working with determination against land Jihad, love Jihad and spit Jihad, adding that the government had so far freed 6,500 acres of land from illegal constructions.
