On receiving information that a female tourist from Patna, Bihar, Geeta Devi remained stuck at Khaliya Top in Munsiyari after sustaining injury in one of her legs, a police team led by the station house officer, Munsiyari, Anil Arya rushed to the spot. Assisted by the locals, they brought her back to Munsiyari and gave her first aid.
The tourists appreciated the police’s promptness in ferrying the woman down to the town and helping her with first aid for her injured leg.
