The outgoing chairman of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Pradeep Kumar Joshi was welcomed at the Shri Venkateshwara University in Meerut. A function was held to felicitate him on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Joshi said that any examination in the nation or and world is dwarfed by a person’s determination. Encouraging the students, he said that they can achieve what they want through hard work.
The Venkateshwara Group chairman Sudhir Giri said that the university was honoured to have the opportunity to felicitate Joshi who had played an instrumental role in providing thousands of respected police and administrative officers to the nation. Two students of the university- Vishwajeet Sauriyan and Rahul Singh were selected in the 2022 civil services examinations, he added.
