HRDA approves 294 maps, earns Rs 3.21 crore revenue in Sushasan camps

The Haridwar-Roorkee Development Authority (HRDA) approved 294 maps of residential buildings and commercial constructions covering upto 75 square metres at a Sushasan camps, earning a revenue of Rs 3.21 crore.
According to officials, in the fourth phase of Sushasan camp held earlier this week in Bhagwanpur block office, layouts for various constructions were approved by the authority. A total of 370 maps have been received so far including 328 residential building maps and 42 commercial building maps. A total of 294 maps out of these receipts have been cleared by the authority so far.These include 256 residential building maps and 38 commercial construction maps.
HRDA vice chairman Anshul Singh has been regularly monitoring the Sushasan camps. He said that these camps are being held in urban and rural areas of the district to approve building maps. The public is also being made aware of the need for getting building maps approved. This is also boosting development in rural areas of the district, he said.
