The Bharatiya Janata Party state president Madan Kaushik said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Rishikesh had created a positive environment.During the Covid pandemic, the PM ensured ample help for the nation including Uttarakhand and the major development projects underway in Uttarakhand show his vision for development, service and dedication. “The PM dedicating 35 PSA oxygen plants in various states and union territories from Uttarakhand is a matter of honour for the state. Since the beginning the PM has been striving to make the Char Dham area more convenient, due to which the dream of convenient travel till the last village in the area is going to be fulfilled by train and all-weather road. The then PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee facilitated the creation of Uttarakhand and now PM Modi is working to improve conditions in the state. Uttarakhand will certainly become a model state from the perspective of development under PM Modi and young chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. PM Modi has never disappointed us when it comes to the State’s development, rather he has himself initiated the development works,” said Kaushik.
