Minor reshuffle in responsibilities of bureaucracy in U’khand

 The State government effected a minor change in responsibilities of three officers of Indian Administrative Services (IAS) on Wednesday.  As per the order, the commissioner Excise, HC Semwal has been given additional responsibility of Commissioner Food and civil supplies.

The charge of director Information Technology Development Agency (ITDA) has been taken away from Nikita Khandelwal and this responsibility has been assigned to IAS Gaurav Kumar who also is additional secretary Urban Development and director Urban Development directorate.

The assigning of additional responsibility of Food and Civil Supplies to IAS Semwal who is retiring at the end of this month gives momentum to speculations of government giving a service extension to him.
