BJP launches campaign to connect with 75K youth

The Bharatiya Janata Party State president Mahendra Bhatt inaugurated the party’s campaign to connect youth in the 18-35 years age group with the party on Tuesday. The party has set a target of connecting with 75,000 youth in the State as part of this campaign. A number of youth took the primary membership of the party during the launch of the campaign at the party’s State office here.

Addressing the new members on the occasion, the BJP State president said that the nation had seen an era of the Congress and opposition parties during which the pace of the country’s development was repeatedly hampered. “You have not seen that period of wrong policies due to which the nation could not progress from a developing to developed nation in a long duration. However, the youth have seen the golden period of the nation under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during which Bharat is emerging as an economic, social and strategic superpower in the world. This is the reason why the youth have full faith in PM Modi,” Bhatt opined.

Informing about the party’s campaign, he said that the party is conducting a special campaign till November 15 in which it is aiming to connect with youth and new voters. The BJP has set a target of connecting with 75,000 youth of the State as part of this campaign. On the first day of the campaign, a number of youth joined the party under the leadership of BJP leader and social worker Janaki Nautiyal.
