Kasiga School hosted an inter-school folk dance competition- Folk Vibes 2025- marking the International Dance Day. Students from 16 schools, including the host, presented performances, each capturing the spirit of diverse folk cultures. The host school presented a performance titled ‘The Birds from China.’ Directed and choreographed by noted Odissi dancer and theatre personality, Sharmila Bhartari, the piece was a tribute to the ancient Chinese heritage.
After the event, the winning teams were announced. St Judes’s School, Dehradun secured the first prize; Doon International School, the second prize, and Kasiga, the third prize.
