The vice- chancellor of Kumaun University Nainital, Prof Diwan Singh Rawat conducted an unannounced inspection of various colleges affiliated to the university: Lal Bahadur Shastri Government Degree College Halduchaur, Pal College Haldwani, Mahila Mahavidyalaya Haldwani and MBPG College Haldwani. During the inspection, he took a close look at the arrangements of the examination centres and evaluation centres. He clarified that examination evaluation is an integral responsibility of the university and every teacher should perform it seriously. He also stressed on the university declaring all the results by the end of June 2025 this year.
During the inspection, the VC reviewed the resources available in the evaluation rooms, the presence of teachers and the confidentiality of the answer sheets. The university administration has directed all the colleges to ensure total participation in evaluation and examination work so that the results can be declared on time.
