Kothiyal to start five-day tour to Gangotri from today

The chief ministerial candidate and leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Ajay Kothiyal will start his five-day tour of the Gangotri constituency from Wednesday ahead of the 2022 state assembly elections. Kothiyal is scheduled to participate in various events during his visit from December 28 to January 2 including multiple public gatherings, rallies and his meeting with local businessmen in Uttarkashi.

Also, Delhi’s cabinet minister and AAP leader Gopal Rai will arrive on a two-day visit to Uttarakhand to plan the strategy of the party for the last 45 days before the assembly elections. The party’s spokesman Navin Pirshali informed that Rai will arrive on December 30 and will also take a review meeting with the party’s senior leaders. Kothiyal along with the state in-charge of the party, Dinesh Mohaniya and co-in-charge Rajiv Chaudhary will also be present in the meeting, added Pirshali.
