Jain tells dengue control room staff to be alert

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Dehradun, Dr Sanjay Jain instructed the staff of the dengue control room to be alert and responsive to dengue-related calls. During his inspection of the control room on Friday, the staff informed the CMO that it has been operational since July 1 and has received a total of 108 complaints through the helpline, with 106 of them being related to fogging. They told the CMO that all 106 fogging-related complaints were addressed in coordination with the municipal corporation. No complaints were received about hospital beds or lab tests.
Jain directed the staff to remain vigilant and promptly report dengue-related calls to the relevant department for immediate action. He also encouraged the public to reach out to the toll-free helpline 1800 180 2525 for any dengue-related complaints or assistance.
