The state health department would soon get services of 824 Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM). The Uttarakhand Medical Services Selection Board (UMSSB) announced the final result of ANM recruitment on Tuesday. The newly recruited ANMs would soon get posted in different districts of the State. Expressing his happiness, chief minister Pushkar Singh congratulated the new appointees and said that the general public would get relief with their appointment. The State health minister Dhan Singh Rawat said that efforts are being made to fill all the vacant posts in the health department. The secretary health R Rajesh Kumar said that new appointments would help in strengthening health services in the mountainous areas of the State.
