The Nav Vihan Trust organised a talk on ‘mother and motherland’ and felicitated persons for their work in various fields at a function held on the weekend. Jyoti Srivastava felicitated the personalities in memory of her parents. Former MP RK Sinha was the chief guest on the occasion. Those who were felicitated for their work in the medical sector include Vandana Rawat, Anjali Chauhan, Sangeeta Thapliyal, Deepa Thapa, Deepa Kansal, Kavita Kushwaha, Hemlata Negi, Seema Negi, Kavita Ishtwal and Vinod Devi. The family members of martyrs were also felicitated along with persons for their contributions in other fields.
