Stating this, the Bharatiya Janata Party State president Madan Kaushik said that the State government is consistently moving towards fulfilling the commitments made to the public. He said that this is clear from steps like formation of a committee to prepare the draft of Uniform Civil Code, deciding to provide three free gas cylinders to Antyodaya families in a year, improving facilities in all places of worship on Char Dham circuit and developing ancient temples in Kumaon region under Manaskhand Mandir Mala mission. He listed the various central and other projects on which work is being undertaken in the State. Apart from these, various policy decisions and projects being executed by the State government are ensuring the desired development of Uttarakhand and its people, he said. Kaushik expressed confidence that by bringing a positive change in the work culture, Uttarakhand will progress to one of the top Indian States by 2025.
