In latest news from Dehradun, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and the education minister Dhan Singh Rawat handed over appointment letters to 129 licensed teachers (LT) in the education directorate. Notably, in the first leg, 880 LTs were appointed. While congratulating the newly appointed teachers, the CM said that they are being invested with a great responsibility of churning out the would-be citizens of the country. “This is a great opportunity for them to serve the nation, to build a brighter future of the nation,” CM said.
Dhan Sigh Rawat said on this occasion that these appointments would help several schools come out of the teachers’ crunch. He urged the teachers to start their teaching careers in the inaccessible regions of the State.
