In latest news from Dehradun, a police constable Pradeep was injured during an encounter between police and miscreants in the Clement Town police station limits. As police resorted to retaliatory firing, two miscreants identified as Faisan and Ehsan were injured. Police said Pradeep sustained bullet injury in his leg. In all, four miscreants were apprehended. Probe was on, police said.
