The cabinet minister Rekha Arya will be on a two-day visit to Ahmedabad in Gujarat from Saturday to participate in the State Science and Technology Ministers Conclave as a representative of the State. Informing about her visit, Arya said that the conclave will be held at Science City in Ahmedabad on September 10 and 11 and she has been nominated by the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday to represent the State there.
She said that the work done by Uttarakhand in the field of science and technology in recent years will be shared in the conclave. Besides this, she would also present the requirements of the State government to progress in the field of science and technology and appeal to the central government to consider them. This conclave will certainly turn out to be a meaningful event for the development in the field of science and technology in Uttarakhand, added the minister.
