Delhi-Dehradun Vande Bharat Express pelted with stones near Muzaffarnagar station

In latest Uttarakhand news, the newly launched semi high- speed Vande Bharat Express has been pelted with stones once again. This time, Delhi-Dehardun Vande Bharat Express was targeted. The incident happened near Muzaffarnagar station in Uttar Pradesh. It is learnt that the E-1 coach was made the target of stone-pelting. However, no one was injured in the incident. The Railway department has deployed Railway Protection Force to have the miscreants nabbed. Importantly, this is the seventh stone pelting incident involving Vande Bharat Express across the country since January.
