Yogi’s U’khand visit- Minister Dhan Singh reviews preparations in Yamkeshwar

Ahead of the proposed visit of Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath, the Health and Education minister Dhan Singh Rawat reviewed the preparations and checked the arrangements at Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath College, Bithhyani, Yamkeshwar on Friday.

The three-day Uttarakhand visit of UP CM starts from May 3. to  In the meeting, the minister directed the officers concerned to make necessary preparations and said that proper sitting arrangements should be made for the programme in the college. He also asked the girl students and asked about their studies. Rawat later headed to Panchur village which is the village of Yogi Adityanath. The minister also inspected the preparations for the proposed programme and gave necessary instructions to the officers. He said that arrangements for toilets, electricity, drinking water and other things should be made at the site of the programme of UP CM. He said that the officers should ensure that the people coming to the programme do not face any problem. At the ancestral village of UP CM, Rawat met the mother of Yogi, Savitri Devi. He also met other relatives of UP CM in the village.

The district magistrate (DM) of Pauri, Vijay Kumar Jogdande who accompanied the minister directed the executive engineer construction (rural) to make necessary preparations for the programme. He also directed the officers to repair the approach road of the college and toilets. The Yamkeshwar MLA Renu Bisht, district president of BJP S S Rawat, senior superintendent of police (SSP) Y S Chauhan and others were present on the occasion.
