In latest news from Doon, six students of the Government Polytechnic at Jassowala, Selaqui -stuck in a malfunctioning lift -were eventually rescued after a police team accompanied with the fire department staffers rushed in and evacuated them. The students, teachers and staffers of the college became nervous as the students, trapped inside the lift, were learnt to gasping for breath and about to faint.
The six students are now in good health, said the college authority.
