Shri Venkateshwara University organises national seminar on scope & opportunities in pharmacy

The School of Pharmacy of Shri Venkateshwara University in Meerut organised a seminar on career, scope and opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector. The national-level seminar was attended by scientists, pharmacy department heads of various universities and representatives of the pharmaceutical industry. The speakers said that the pharmaceutical industry is the third largest industry in the world which has numerous opportunities for a career in India and abroad for qualified youths. The Venkateshwara Group of Institutions chairman Sudhir Giri said that the institution is preparing high level professionals for the sector based on quality education and experienced faculty members. The institution is committed to develop the School of Pharmacy into a centre of excellence based on research and innovation, he said. Prominent academicians from various universities expressed their views in the seminar.
