State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC) of Uttarakhand launched an online portal e-Daakhil on Monday for the redressal of consumer grievances. Through this portal, consumers from across the State can file online complaints besides making payments for filing a complaint.
Informing about this, the registrar of the commission Anjushree Juyal said that the chairman of the commission, D S Tripathi launched this portal on World Consumer Rights Day to facilitate the easy filing of the consumers’ complaints. According to her, people can click on http://e-daakhil.nic.in to file e-complaints or contact the commission’s mobile number 09412902466 for details.
