The Roorkee mayor Gaurav Goel sprayed insecticide in various wards of the municipal corporation as part of the measures being taken against dengue in the city.
He said that the special cleaning and awareness campaign against dengue will continue to prevent the rise of dengue in the city. He also spoke about the general steps to be taken by the public to prevent breeding of the dengue causing mosquitoes. Municipal councillors and officials were also present on the occasion.
