Rains and snowfall in the tourist city of Nainital is attracting tourists in large numbers from last few days. However it is also creating problems of traffic jams in many parts of the town. Many vehicles got stuck up in the Kilberi road due to freezing of snow. On Monday many vehicles were found stuck in traffic jams. To add to the problem the police and administration has made no arrangement of managing traffic on the Kilberi road due which large numbers of tourists are coming on the Kilberi road- Bara Pathar area to witness snow. Locals fear that this negligence could result in accident. Meanwhile 17.5 mm of rain was recorded in the city on Monday and rain coupled with snowflakes enthused the tourists. A minimum temperature of 1.5 degree Celsius and maximum of 8 degree Celsius was recorded by department of meteorology on Monday.
