In latest news from Uttarakhand, a love couple is suspected to have committed suicide by hanging at separate places. While the girl was identified as Shilpi (19), resident of Sikandarpur village in Shahjahanpur district of Uttar Pradesh the man was identified as Vikas, resident of Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh. Sharing details, the officers probing the case said that while the girl is supposed to have committed suicide by hanging at her sister’s residence at Mulki in Bahadrabad in Haridwar district, the man is believed to have hanged himself at his rented accommodation. Police further informed that they were love couple and ended their lives by a suicide pact.
