EBL launches co-branded Visa contactless credit cards with Patanjali

Everest Bank Limited (EBL)  and Patanjali Ayurved Private Limited (PAPL), Nepal have entered into a collaboration to launch co-branded Visa contactless credit cards.

The PAPL claims that the hassle-free credit service would help in purchasing Patanjali products, along with cash backs, insurance cover and other benefits.

EBL offers a 50 per cent discount on issuance fee during the first three months of launching period.

 The Managing Director (MD) of  Patanjali Ayurved Limited, Acharya Balkrishna said that the Patanjali Co-branded credit card with Everest Bank will definitely stand out for its added benefits it has to offer. Patanjali will use this medium to standardise rewards and benefits for its customers on purchase of valuable Patanjali products for their well being. 

Swami Ramdev said, “ Patanjali EBL Co-branded credit card will be one of it’s kind and will not only provide a cutting edge mode of payment for our  customers but also provide us with a medium to directly transfer benefits to our customers in terms of rewards, cashbacks and many more added benefits like insurance etc. This will provide a financial independence to our customers to plan their monthly expenditure diligently.’’ 

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EBL SudeshKhaling,said “The collaboration is expected to provide optimized benefits for customers and the public at large. The offerings are customized and personalized for affluent and mass segments as well. The benefits under co-branding arrangement are enriched with lucrative value propositions and are one of the industry’s best aesthetically designed variants.”
