The representatives of the organisation of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) handed over the vision document (election manifesto) of the party to the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami during the first meeting of his cabinet on Thursday.
The document was handed over by the BJP Uttarakhand president Madan Kaushik and the general secretary (Organisation) of the party Ajaey Kumar. Speaking on the occasion Kaushik said that the people of the state have expressed their faith in the BJP and its vision document. He said that the BJP government will prove worthy of the faith of the people. The BJP state chief said that the cabinet would take the state forward on the path of development under the leadership of young CM Dhami.
The CM said that the people of the state have given their blessings on the commitments of the party and the state government is committed to fulfil the aspirations of the people of the state. The state general secretary Suresh Bhatt and all cabinet ministers were present on the occasion.
