The Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated with enthusiasm and traditional fervour at UJVN limited headquarters on Saturday. A ceremony was organised on the occasion to worship Lord Vishwakarma who is considered as the architect of the Gods. Different machines and equipment were also worshiped by the UJVNL employees. Speaking on the occasion, the Managing Director (MD) of the UJVN limited Sandeep Singhal said that Lord Vishwakarma is not only considered son of Lord Brahma but also is worshipped as the architect of the universe which is why he is revered by the engineers, artisans and other professionals. The Director projects SC Baluni, executive director Pankaj Kulshreshta, General Manager Vivel Atrey, Sanjeev Lohani, DK Garg and others also attended the ceremony.
