Uttarakhand police team reaches Gujarat to study management of police arrangements

A team of Uttarakhand Police reached Kevadia in Gujarat on Thursday to study police arrangements and management during the National Unity Day parade. The visit aims to understand crowd control, VVIP security and traffic management practices implemented during large-scale national events. The five-member team, sent under the direction of director general of police Deepam Seth, includes deputy superintendent of police Abhinay Chaudhary, deputy superintendent of police Natasha Singh, inspector Pramod Kumar Uniyal, sub-inspector Barkha Kanyal and sub-inspector Deepika Bisht. The police delegation will observe the operational procedures at the Unity Parade being held in Kevadia to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The parade involves participation from police forces and central paramilitary organisations
