Union MoS Ajay Tamta meets Dhami in Delhi

The newly appointed Union minister of State in the council of ministers of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Ajay Tamta met chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami in New Delhi on Monday. The two leaders met in Uttarakhand Sadan where the CM congratulated Tamta for the new assignment. He said that Tamta has been dedicated to the development of the State and expressed confidence that his experience and dedication towards public service will help in the development of the State. Tamta took oath as a Union MoS in the council of ministers of PM Modi in the swearing-in ceremony held in the Rashtrapati Bhawan on Sunday. A threet-time MP from Almora Lok Sabha, Tamta was given preference over Haridwar MP and former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat, Garhwal MP and national spokesman of BJP Anil Baluni and the Nainital -Udham Singh Nagar MP and former Union MoS for Defence and Tourism Ajay Bhatt by the BJP leadership.

The Health and Education minister Dhan Singh Rawat also met Dhami in Uttarakhand Bhawan on the day. Rawat congratulated Dhami for the victory of BJP in all the LS seats of Uttarakhand.

The speaker of Gujarat Assembly Shankar Chaudhary also met the Dhami. The two leaders shared greetings and expressed the happiness of BJP in LS elections. The CM presented Chaudhary the local products of Uttarakhand.
