Braving the dipping mercury in the wake of rain and snowfall, the devotees continue with their pilgrimage to Badrinath Dham and Hemkund Sahib. While 19,018 devotees reached Badrinath Dham 8,185 visited Hemkund Sahib on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the administration issued instructions to the Hemkund Sahib devotees to be extra cautious with the Astha Path remaining slippery post-snowfall. The Chamoli district magistrate, Sandeep Tiwari said that with snowfall continuing in Hemkund Sahib, SDRF team has been deployed to remove snow from the road.
