UGB’s business registers significant progress in 2024-25

The chairman of Uttarakhand Gramin Bank, Hari Har Patnaik said that it had registered notable progress during the financial year 2024–25. “The bank is extending modern and inclusive banking services through a network of 291 branches and 624 customer service points across the State,” he added.
As on March 31, 2025, the Bank’s total business reached Rs13,048 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 13 per cent. Besides, the bank has achieved a Credit-Deposit ratio of 54.05 per cent and recorded a net profit of Rs 78.11 crore. Gross NPA of the bank is reported at 3.25 per cent as on March 31, 2025. Further, the bank has financed over 75 MW of solar energy projects.
To further promote accessibility, 15 Mobile ATM-enabled Financial Literacy Vehicles are being deployed along prominent pilgrimage and tourist circuits such as Char Dham, Hemkund Sahib, Auli and Dhaunolti.
