Two new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Dehradun on Saturday. The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Dehradun, Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma said that two cases of Covid-19 were reported on Saturday and with this the cumulative number of Covid-19 cases in the area has reached 13. Of these, eight are local cases and five are from migrants.
Dr Sharma further said that there are currently three active Covid-19 cases in the district. One person is being treated at Arogyadham, while the other two are receiving care at home.
He also said that on Saturday alone, 19 samples were tested for Covid-19, bringing the total number of samples tested so far to 117.
Importantly, Sharma highlighted that there have been zero deaths reported in Dehradun due to Covid-19 so far.
