Truecaller has surpassed 400 million active users per month, claimed the company’s co-founder and CEO Alan Mamedi, adding that it has since March 31 this year grown with 10.1 million users. He further said that in view of the people receiving unwanted communication and increasingly falling prey to fraudsters, his company has been developing apps and adding new functionality to protect their users before, during and after a phone call or SMS.
Truecaller reported an average of 383.4 million active users per month during the first quarter of 2024 and at the end of the quarter, the number of monthly active users was 389.9 million.
