Students pass ICSE & ISC exams with flying colours

The ICSE (class X) and ISC (class XII) board examination results were declared on Sunday with students of various schools in Dehradun passing the examination with good marks. In the Cambrian Hall school, Lakshya Mohan Thapa topped class X with 98 per cent while Aditya Raturi topped class XII with 98.25 per cent. In the ICSE science stream, Thapa was the school topper followed by Vaishnavi Garg with 96 per cent and Khanak Kapoor with 95.2 per cent. In the commerce stream Jasleen Kaur Mehta topped with 93.4 per cent.

In ISC science stream Deepti Panwar topped the school with 97 per cent followed by Anish Kalra with 95.75 per cent and Dharmishtha Malhan with 95 per cent. Aditya Raturi topped the school in the commerce stream with 98.25 per cent followed by Yuvika Gurung with 91.75 per cent and Subhojit Bagchi with 91.25 per cent. In the humanities stream Parul Rai and Bhumika Bhatt topped with 79 per cent each. In the Saint Joseph’s Academy, 100 per cent of the 272 students passed the ICSE examination with 148 scoring 90 per cent and above. Among the class X students, Arnav Pandey topped the school with 99 per cent followed by Abhinav Verma with 98.8 per cent and Akshat Gupta, Shreyansh Yadav and Vatsal Khantwal with 98.6 per cent each. Among the ISC students, 100 per cent of the 228 students passed with 70 scoring 90 per cent and above.

Aditya Semwal topped humanities stream with 98.25 per cent followed by Beenish Rudabah Sherwani with 96.75 per cent and Niharika Gulati with 96.5 per cent. In the science stream Shalok Balodi topped with 98 per cent, Nikita Gambhir  scored 97.75 per cent and Praniti Tandon and B Shambhavi Bhaisora scored 97.5 per cent each. In the commerce stream Tanishka Shukla topped with 96 per cent, Shlok Juneja scored 93.25 per cent and Jahnvi Saklani scored 92.25 per cent. The school principal brother Jeyaseelan and vice principal brother Astinus Kujur congratulated the students and the teachers for the results. In the Brightlands school, among ISC students S Aditya Narayanan scored 97.75 per cent in the science stream while ICSE student Shyam Sundar scored 98.6 in the science stream.
