Chief electoral officer Sowjanya interacted with students of Tulas Institute and Shivalik College as part of the youth voter festival on Wednesday. Oration competition, quiz and street plays were organised on the occasion. Voter registration desk and signature campaign were also staged as part of the programme.
Speaking on the occasion, Sowjanya informed the youths in detail about the voter registration and election process. She also responded to queries related to election raised by the students. She appealed to all youths of the state who are aged 18 years on or before January 1, 2022 to register as voters.
