In the Education World India School Ranking, Sherwood College, Nainital has been ranked second in the country and first in the State in the ranking of residential schools. Notably, Education World, after conducting a survey at the national level on the basis of quality of education given in the school, level of sports and extra-curricular programs and success of professionalism of the students after leaving the school, honours the best performing schools of the country every year on the basis of ranking. Sherwood College has received this honour at the national level in the residential schools category.
Expressing happiness over the ranking, the principal of Sherwood College, Amandeep Sandhu said that maintaining the high quality at the college is a bigger challenge than receiving an award.
