PIONEER NEWS SERVICE/ Rudrapur: The secretary to the chief minister, Vinay Shankar Pandey and divisional commissioner, Kumaon division, Deepak Rawat conducted a site inspection of Manoj Sarkar Sports Stadium in Rudrapur, the venue where the investment grounding ceremony to be attended by the Union Home Minister, Amit Shah would be held on July 19. They directed the officials concerned to complete preparations by July 17.
