The newly appointed president of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Ganesh Godiyal has said that he has requested the manifesto committee to include the issue of unemployment, ways of generating employment opportunities and productivity linked solutions for preventing migration in the manifesto of the party.
Talking to The Pioneer, Godiyal said that the very senior and knowledgeable leaders are preparing the manifesto and it would be an inclusive document. The PCC president took strong objection to the statement of National general secretary of BJP Dushyant Gautam in which he had equated the four working presidents of Congress party with those who carry a corpse for cremation, Godiyal said that he feels ashamed to even respond to such a statement.
