Kurmanchal Sahakari Bank records rise in net profit

The total business of the Kurmanchal Nagar Sahakari Bank in Nainital during the previous financial year was Rs 3,515.31 crore out of which the net profit was Rs 21.56 crore which was 40.92 per cent higher than the preceding year. The bank’s chairman Vinod Sah said this during the bank’s annual general meeting on the weekend. He further informed that the bank’s NPA is zero.Sah said that the bank is committed to progressing while providing the latest facilities to its customers. Due to this, the bank performed very well during the last year despite the Covid-19 lockdown. Secretary Akshay Sah informed that efforts are underway to provide net banking facility which is expected to be facilitated in the near future. The best large branch award was presented to Durga city centre, Haldwani while the best small branch award was present to Transportnagar, Haldwani branch on the occasion.
