The real estate company in Uttarakhand, Garg Real Estate Services (GRES) officially launched Phase 2 of its flagship project Sangam Valley at a channel partner event held at Hyatt Centric, Dehradun. The event marked the celebration of the approval from RERA and MDDA for Phase 2 and was attended by the region’s top-performing real estate channel partners and industry leaders, GRES officials said. The programme featured networking, project presentations and a detailed rollout of the new inventory.
Lauding the approval, the managing director, GRES, Utkarsh Garg said that the RERA approval was more than a regulation. “It is a symbol of our delivery commitment and transparency,” he added.
Notably, with 117 units sold out of 128 in Phase 1, GRES has now released 83 new homes as part of Phase 2 — including 32 new units, 40 buybacks from investors and 11 unsold Phase 1 units.
