RSS doing its bit to tackle possible third Covid wave

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is doing its bit to prepare the public for the possible third wave of Covid-19 in the state. It is training its workers and members of the public through them in the basics of how to deal with the situation.

Addressing the media here on Monday, Sanjay Kumar said that the RSS has already been working on preparing the public for the possible third wave.Stating the works done by the organisation since Covid hit, he said that it is also facilitating the training of its volunteers by experts including a doctor in every session- to further train the locals to prepare them to face the situation.

The RSS is expecting to complete this training in 10,000 Gram Sabhas this month. The training will continue further to cover the whole state so that all citizens are in general prepared to tackle the situation in case the third wave arrives. Apart from this, Kumar further informed that even from a small state like Uttarakhand, about Rs 32 crore was collected in the Ram Janma Bhoomi Samarpan campaign. Himanshu Agrawal and others from RSS were also present in the Press conference.
