A road accident took place near Harshil on Gangotri national highway on Thursday. According to the sources, the vehicle carrying four people including Brigadier Ashish Ahuja and his family met with an accident after slipping in the snow and falling into a 50-meter deep gorge yesterday. The accident took the lives of wife and son while the brigadier and one more woman received injuries. The injured are being treated at a district hospital.
