The son of the Nainital rape accused Usman, Rizwan Khan, who was working in PWD at Khatima in Udham Singh Nagar district as the additional assistant engineer (civil), has been transferred to Ghansali in Tehri district with immediate effect. Informing this, a senior engineer of the department said that he had been transferred for failure to perform official assignments properly. Notably, Rizwan worked in the post at Khatima for the past three years.
