Taking cognisance of a viral video circulating on social media which showed two men beating up a motorcyclist in the middle of the road in Jogiwala area, a team from Nehru Colony police station rushed to the spot and took legal action against those seen in the video under Police Act. The station house officer, Nehru Colony police station informed that two men driving in a mini truck (Chota Hati) had got down after its collusion with a two-wheeler and started punching the two-wheeler rider, leading to a traffic jam.
Police further said that the mini truck had been impounded.
